Chor Cantus Arcis

Benedicam Dominum in omni tempore: semper laus ejus in ore meo.”
I will bless the Lord at all times, his praise shall always be on my lips” Psalms 33,1

The Cantus Arcis Choir was founded in 2012 at the Pázmáneum mainly by young Hungarians studying and working in Vienna.

Chorus master: Dániel Dombó
The name of the choir is from the Latin cantus: ‘song’ and arx, arcis: ‘citadel’, giving “song of the citadel “. The title refers, on the one hand, to the quality aspired to and, on the other hand, to the role that the Collegium Pázmáneum has always played in the life of the Hungarian Church in Vienna, to be the spiritual and intellectual centre of elite formation.
The vocal ensemble regularly announces auditions.

They are looking for people of every voice type who can read music and enjoy singing.
